The Oikia theme is a business theme created for the Real Estate industry. This theme is packed with built-in features and overall a well-designed theme. It does have that custom and professional, and will certainly help with getting business. The homepage displays slider gallery of images which can be of active listings you are offering. There is a nice box with “test” in it explaining each listing: very nice feature.
The next widget is a search listing widget. This is where interested house hunters or renters can input certain information to pull up listings that fit their criteria, making it easy for them to search your listings. This is a well-organized theme that helps with attracting clients and let the blog do the talking. The rest of the homepage is a collection of widgets that serve multiple useful functions.

This is optional and I don’t know any other themes that are built for these page builders. You don’t need to use any of these, if you are familiar with one of them then you could use it but the default theme is still an awesome theme without a page builder.
Lot’s of custom widgets make customizing the theme very easy to manage.
Let’s say you have several employees and each one is assigned to houses in certain areas: you can list their image, some text, and a contact form for getting in touch with that person. This is at the end of each listing.

This is not a Genesis Framework theme but is still a child theme. You can still customize this theme with plugins such as the ones WPOutcast is using or search through our WordPress Plugins category.
