The Shopisle theme is an excellent eCommerce theme that most importantly is a free theme. You couldn’t tell that this is a free theme from exploring the demo version. Let’s talk about some key things that caught my attention. On the homepage, under the top menu bar is a huge rectangle widget that is a responsive slider for you to link to blog posts, pages or products. This widget will get the most traffic so use it wisely to welcome visitors. Under this widget, there are 3 small, square widgets side-by-side which can be used for a banner image to link to shop categories or any specials. Get creative with these widgets.
There are plenty more homepage widgets to set up and with the detailed instructions, you can easily mimic the demo version if that’s the look you are after. I like the blog that is attached to this shop theme. There are also footer widgets to make use of. Time to dive into my favorite Shopisle theme features and a few images from the demo version.

This is not a Genesis Framework theme but is still a child theme. You can still customize this theme with plugins such as the ones WPOutcast is using or search through our WordPress Plugins category.
