The Vintage theme is a 3rd party Genesis Framework Theme created for food industry bloggers. This theme is coded beautifully and has that eye-catching feel to it when first landing on the homepage.
At the top of this theme’s homepage, you have a sticky menu bar followed by a huge widget. This is a great location for a responsive slider plugin. Use this to link beautiful images to important posts and pages. Under the slider widget, you have several other widgets to set up if you want to mimic the demo version.
A side bar and footer widgets are included with the Vintage theme.
The blog post area does showcase the featured images in a large format, so make sure you are choosing your images wisely.
If you love this theme like we do, but aren’t a food blogger, no worries! This theme can be used for almost any niche with just a few tweaks to the coding. Check out our Genesis Framework Tutorials page to find help with coding and customization.
